My Story

I have been a psychotherapist for over 40 years. I have been on a self-improvement quest since high school.

My spirituality has grown and expanded and is totally inclusive at this point in time. Eastern thought, energy work, chakras, Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Rumi, Abraham Hicks and Eckhart Tolle are but a few examples of what my soul resonates with.

I have felt the touch of angels in my life and their messages have become more present and more clear, especially in this past decade of my life. I feel supported by and inspired by old friends whispering in my ear from the other side of life.

Inspirations are sparked in my brain and they find their way onto my canvas. I am never sure just how any painting is going to turn out. My husband, Ron, is my constant muse that continues to send me back to my paints with the kinds words, “No, you aren’t done yet,” or “How about adding this?” My biggest problem is impatience. I want to be done soon. That is why I prefer acrylic paints. They dry fast so I can make big changes easily and quickly. I also need to step away often. If I don’t, I lose perspective and I can no longer see what I am creating.
